Exchange International is licensed under the Payment Services Act 2019 to carry on a business of providing money-changing services. Exchange International is regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and is licensed to purchase and sell foreign currencies, including delivery. You may verify this here.
While Exchange International is licensed under the Payment Services Act 2019 to carry on a business of providing money-changing services, the Act does not require Exchange International to duly deliver any currency purchased at such later time as may be agreed between Exchange International and you, or otherwise guarantee that any debt owing to you will be settled. You are advised to read the terms and conditions of our services carefully.
Exchange International offers this Website, including, without any limitation, web applications, mobile applications, and any related services including notifications, alerts, electronic communications, delivery of products and services, and any information, data, or any other content or materials appearing or otherwise made accessible on or through the services (collectively referred to as the “Services”) from this Website to our users and customers (“you”, “your”), conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated herein.

You represent and warrant that if you are registering for an account or for our Services as an individual, you are 18 years of age or older, and that you are fully capable and competent to enter into and to comply with this Terms of Use. Individuals under the age of 18 may access and view the Website but may not order Services. We may require at any time that you provide evidence of your age. If you are not a consumer, you confirm that you have authority to bind any business or corporation on whose behalf you use our Website our services, and that business or corporation accepts these terms.

Exchange International operates an online store through the Website which offers our Services. We may temporarily or permanently remove any of our Services from the Website at any time, with or without notice to you. The Website contains information about, amongst other things, Exchange International and the product and/or services that we may offer currently and in the future. As such, the information on the Website and/or provided by Exchange International in any correspondences are provided for informational purposes only. The information on the Website and/or provided by Exchange International should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting other sources of information which may be primary and/or comparatively more complete and timely. Exchange International shall not be responsible or liable for any decisions made in reliance on the information contained in the Website.
2.1 Orders
You agree that orders made by you are binding on you and cannot be cancelled after the submission of your order. Requests for refunds will not be met under any circumstances. The transaction will be processed and cannot be reversed. You agree that all orders shall be subjected to acceptance by Exchange International at our discretion. Processing of payment by Exchange International for an order shall not in itself constitute acceptance of the order by Exchange International. All orders made by you shall be deemed to be an offer made by you to purchase the selected Services and quantities set out in your order upon the acceptance of these Terms of Use. Exchange International shall be entitled to reject, terminate, cancel, or amend your order in whole or in part, for any reason whatsoever, even after an order is confirmed by, and paid for by you, with or without notice and we shall not be liable to any party for such termination or cancellation. Where an order is rejected, terminated, or cancelled by Exchange International, any payment made by you for the order shall be refunded by Exchange International. Exchange International reserves the right to limit your order or the quantity of your order.
Exchange International endeavours to provide you with accurate, up-to-date Services pricing and information. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and Exchange International reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including after an order has been submitted and paid for by you, and whether or not the order has been confirmed by Exchange International. If the actual price of our Services ordered by you is higher than that reflected on our Website, we will inform you and you will be given an option to confirm or cancel your purchase of our Services based on the updated price. If you choose to confirm your purchase, you will have to make additional payment to reflect the updated price. If you choose to cancel your purchase, we will refund the payment made by you. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order in respect of the incorrectly priced Services as cancelled.
Payment for all Services shall be made in Singapore dollars only. We accept payment for Services by local internet banking transfer to our designated bank account. If you fail to pay any fees or charges when due or if a redelivery fee is imposed, Exchange International reserves the right to withhold the delivery of your ordered Services. You shall be responsible and liable for any fees, including attorneys' fees and collection costs that Exchange International may incur in our efforts to collect any unpaid balances from you. Your right to use Exchange International's Services is subject to limits established by Exchange International.
2.2 Deliveries
Delivery timeslots are subject to availability. Exchange International will endeavour to deliver to your delivery address within the delivery timeslot selected by you. However, we do not and cannot guarantee that the delivery timeslots will be met as there may be factors beyond our control which may result in early or delayed deliveries such as weather or traffic conditions. You agree that Exchange International shall not be liable for any deliveries made outside the delivery timeslot. If your designated delivery address is inaccessible or you or the authorised party is not at the delivery address to receive the delivery, rendering us unable to complete the delivery, we will contact you to determine the best alternative address, date, and time. You agree that any changes to your delivery address, date, or time after the submission of your order may incur an administrative charge of S$10.00.

You acknowledge and agree that we are required by law to carry out all necessary security and customer due diligence checks on you in order to provide our Services to you. You may need to provide additional information (in a format acceptable to us) so we can verify your identity as a condition of processing your requests, or otherwise providing our services to you.
